Statement of consent to use personal information
1.	Faytech Technology Co., Ltd. (Faytech as below), is allowed to use personal information that users submit from this website or that they provide in any other manner, to send product updates, sales promotions, delivery tracking information and/or any other information related to Faytech products.
2.	The personal information provided will be used in product and service improvement. Faytech is allowed to give this information to a third party but only for the purpose of improving quality and service.
3.	Depending on the laws and regulations in your country, your registration information could be saved, amended or deleted as per your request. Faytech will handle your personal registration information according to the laws and regulations mentioned above. 
Children under the age of 14 may provide registration information only with the consent of their parents or guardians. 
Faytech is allowed to use your registration information to provide consultancy, quotation or other marketing activities to you. Your personal information will be used by Faytech to send you information and offers of interest to you as indicated by the preferences you provide when you register. 
§ 1	Faytech Service
1.1	After successful registration and receipt of a confirmation email, users can freely download Faytech product information, such as product images, product descriptions or website images, from www.faytech.de to promote Faytech products.
1.2	Faytech distributors may download promotional materials such as information / education and training materials as well as marketing materials such as product images and logos.
1.3	Faytech customers may use the Faytech Trade Mark in Faytech product advertisements, and related websites during the contract period.
1.4	To use the Faytech name and Faytech trade mark, please follow the instruction below:
1.4.1	Faytech customers must not use the Faytech name or Faytech Trade mark as website addresses.
1.4.2	The Faytech trade mark can be used with other trade marks at the same time, but the Faytech customer must ensure that Faytech trade marks are treated the same as the other trade marks.
1.4.3	Faytech customers must follow Faytech’s Corporate Identity design while using the Faytech trade mark. No scale change, color change or font change are allowed.
1.4.4	To use the Faytech name, please follow the instructions below:
-	Faytech’s English spelling is faytech. No capitalized letters are allowed.
-	The Faytech name is not allowed to emerge as an animation or cartoon effect.
1.5	While adding Faytech product links to their web sites, distributors must follow the instructions below:
1.5.1	www.faytech.de, www.faytech.cn www.faytech.com www.faytech.de/fr www.faytech.de/nl  Links must come from www.faytech.de, www.faytech.cn, www.faytech.com, www.faytech.de/fr, www.faytech.de/nl or www.faytech.de/en .

1.8	If mutually agreed, Faytech may use the same sales promotion measures developed by Faytech Distributors.
§ 2	Oligations of Faytech Distributors
2.1	Faytech Distributors are required to comply with the Faytech brand and registration trade mark. (See preceding sections for details.)
2.2	Faytech Distributors agree that the Faytech name and the Faytech Trade Mark on current and future products belong solely to Faytech or subsidiaries of Faytech. No other company or individual has ownership rights to the name or trade mark.  
2.3	Faytech Distributors must not use the Faytech Trade Mark for non-sales or non-commercial purposes. Any use of the Faytech trade mark must respect the size, design, position and image of the Faytech trade mark. Distributors must not use any Faytech image, product information, specification or description on any non-Faytech products.
§ 3	Confidentiality agreement
3.1	Distrubutors agree to keep all technical and commercial information, especially price-related,  confidential.  
3.3	Any information considered confidential by either party may not be released to any third parties without the consent from the other party.
3.4	These obligations shall remain in force even after the relationship between Distributor and Faytech ends.
§ 4	Final Agreement
4.1	Any changes or any content added must be in written form. Any oral contract or representation is invalid.
4.3	Faytech Distributors may not transfer this cooperation agreement to any third party without the written consent of Faytech.
4.4	This cooperation agreement is based on German Law. Sales , Delivery of products and payment terms are all subject to German Law.  This agreement was executed in Überlingen, Germany.
