Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

• Manage online stores, such as Alibaba, Taobao, JingDong, Panelook and more, including customer service.
• Build up our presence on the e-commerce platforms from scratch, including pre-product upload and post-operation promotion.
• Kundenberatung: Sie geben angemessene technische Ratschläge und Vorschläge.
• Bieten Sie den Kunden allgemeine technische Unterstützung und helfen Sie ihnen bei allen Anfragen.
• Future career plan is to build up an e-commerce department structure in faytech, and develop the domestic and international e-commerce market.

Anforderungen:

• Excellent written and spoken English skills, including expression skills.
• Skilled use of Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator and other graphic design software, to support in designing own relevant platform media.
• Familiar with the rules of domestic e-commerce platforms, data sensitivity, including the ability to develop program plans and implement them.
• Understand overseas e-commerce platforms, and have your own unique insights and methods for product selection is recommended.
• More than three years of relevant work experience, strong learning ability and commitment to the development of the e-commerce industry.
• Strong execution ability, able to withstand pressure and work under higher management.
