2021 has been another year with further growth, expansion, product releases, technical improvements and innovation for faytech. However, 2021 has also been a year with many challenges and difficulties still imposed by the global pandemic, affecting shipping networks and the availability of electrical components, which in turn tested our flexibility and adaptability as a global company.

Nonetheless, we managed to improve our processes by further increasing stock capacity and safety stock back-up in our global offices, but also by maximizing logistical efficiency while keeping a stable supply chain throughout the year.

Also this year, we wish to thank each and every one of you, our customers and partners, for the trust, support and partnership. Without you, we would never have been able to be where we are today, and for that we are truly grateful. As 2021 was also a tough year, we hope that your organization managed to get through it without too many issues and even remained prosperous against all odds. Lastly, we have been working ‘behind-the-scenes’ on further expansion and growth of our offices across different regions. We improved and updated the facilities in Miami and New York, added an additional floor to the factory in Shenzhen and started construction on a new warehouse next to our headquarters in Germany. More information regarding these updates will follow early 2022!

Christmas Holiday & Chinese New Year Notice

Due to the Christmas holidays, the German and US offices will be closed from December 24th until January 2nd. On January 3rd we will be back, and ready to provide you with great products and service in 2022. The sales in Germany will still be reachable for any urgent requests by telephone.

In regards to large orders and production requests, the factories in Shenzhen and Suining will be closed next year from January 29th until February 7th, to celebrate Chinese New Year, so make sure to place any large orders in time to avoid transportation and production delays.
