The faytech B2B Webshop
faytech's European B2B Webshop has been active since October of 2018 and manages to generate, and process more and more orders every month! The B2B Webshop is a great tool for us and our customers, it is a platform with all information required for a quick and easy purchase process. Some great advantages can be found in our earlier news update, but are also summed up below:
• Customer friendly purchasing system with online "shopping cart"
• Sales price, warehouse stock and up-to-date specification information
• Easy filtering of products with attributes and categories
• Linkage of accessories and spare parts to the appropriate touch devices
• Complete document overview in your personal account (invoices, orders, etc.)
• Possibility to save multiple delivery addresses within your account
The New RMA Portal
During these first few months we managed to receive a great deal of feedback from you, our customers, which allows us to constantly improve the webshop and create an even better user experience. The most important update is the added RMA portal to our B2B Webshop.
With this new RMA portal it is possible to see all your previous orders in chronological order. From this list you can then turn any of the individual products of your order into an RMA case by clicking the products within your order. After that, several options can be selected as a return reason.
