请在您的电子邮件/传真中附上发票和在使用设备时遇到的问题的详细说明。您将收到一封电子邮件/传真，上面有产品返修号和其它信息。对于原交货中有缺陷的配件，直接更换。在把货物寄回之前，请确保运费已付。服务中心不接受到付，所有到付货品拒收。在购买新飞帆泰产品后的30天内，我们将退还不良产品的运费，在保修期内，仅支付更换物品的运费(单程)。
